The FINIS Rangs is a new type of pull-buoy system that is easy to use and does not fall off. Simply strap the independent foam buoys to the legs for a comfortable and secure fit. The foam pad can be placed on either the front or back of the thigh to create the perfect balance in the water. Adjustable Velcro straps customize for different body types and both Junior and Senior sizes are available.Coach Hint: Rangs can be placed on the back of the knees to teach swimmers to kick properly from the hips instead of bending at the knees.
